96 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Justice if he has considered a proposal submitted by a person (details supplied) in relation to an alternative method of collecting parking fines; and whether he is prepared to introduce such a system.
The proposal in question, which was only received after the ending of the recent postal dispute, is receiving consideration. As the proposal also involves an area which is the responsibility of the Minister for the Environment it will be necessary to seek his views on the proposal.
