117 Mr. Taylor asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will make a statement outlining the EC directives, for which he is responsible, which have not been implemented and the date by which each such directive should have been implemented.
Details of EC Directives for which the Department of Agriculture and Food is responsible and which have not yet been transposed into Irish law are set out on the attached tabular statement. Many of the measures covered by these directives are already being implemented administratively. Priority is being given to transposing the measures into Irish law.
