Question:

91 Mr. Taylor asked the Minister for Health if he will make a statement outlining the EC Directives, for which he is responsible, which have not been implemented and the date by which each such Directive should have been implemented.

At present there are no EC Directives applicable to my Department whose implementation is outstanding. There are four recently approved medicines Directives which require to be implemented by 31 December 1992 and I am confident that this deadline will be met.
