Question:45 Mr. Dukes asked the Minister for Energy if, in view of investigations into the ESB and other semi-State companies, he has put in place a new code of ethics and practice for members of the board and offices of the ESB.
Written Answers. - Guidelines for State Bodies.
A copy of the Report on Guidelines for State Bodies prepared by the Department of Finance and approved by Government in March 1992 was issued to the ESB.
The ESB has taken account of the recommendations and is co-operating in the implementation of the guidelines.
