105 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education if he envisages any changes in the new higher education grants scheme in view of the widespread dissatisfaction therewith, particularly as it relates to farmers and self-employed persons.

All third-level student support schemes are currently being reviewed in the context of developing the 1993 schemes and all relevant matters relating to eligibility will be taken into account.
