29 Mr. Cox asked the Minister for Justice when she will make provision for the appointment of legal researchers for the Supreme Court; the number of such researchers she intends to appoint; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I am not in a position at present to specify a date for the appointment of researchers or to say how many will be appointed, but I can confirm that discussions have already taken place with the judiciary on the matter and that there will be no undue delay.
