Question:

344 Mr. Dukes asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he has received a tender from a company (details supplied) for a contract to monitor setaside land by satellite imagery; if so, if this company has supplied a tax clearance certificate; if not, if a tax clearance certificate will be requested from the company; and if he intends to grant the contract to the company in question.

A tender was received from the company in question and my Department has requested the company to furnish a tax clearance certificate. On production of this certificate, the contract will be placed with the company.
