127 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment the plans, if any, he has to give sanction to Dundalk UDC for the provision of a treatment plant; the total cost involved; when work is likely to commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

As planning of this scheme by Dundalk Urban District Council is at an early stage, I cannot indicate the likely cost or commencement date.
