210 Mrs. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason a headage payment has not been made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

I propose taking Questions Nos. 192 and 210 together.

The late husband of the person named was an applicant for grants under the 1992 cattle headage and suckler cow premium schemes. He did not apply for grants under the 1992 special beef premium scheme.

The person named has only recently become the registered owner of the herd-number quoted and the 1992 cattle headage and suckler cow premium schemes grants applied for under this number are now being processed and if found in order payment will then be made.
