Question:225 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay in making a sheep headage payment to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

The 1992 sheep headage grants and the outstanding amounts due under the 1992 ewe premium have been paid to the person named in the last few days. Payment was delayed due to change of herd registration.
