The person named applied for a grant on an ineligible heifer under the 1992 suckler cow premium scheme. Since he made a false declaration in his application he must be debarred from the EC suckler cow scheme for 1992 and 1993 in accordance with EC Regulations.

The person named has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1992 special beef premium scheme because 13 of the 40 animals on which he applied for premium were considered to be under nine months of age at inspection. Furthermore under EC regulations he must be debarred from the scheme for 12 months from 7 October 1992.

This person's applications under the 1992 suckler cow premium scheme, June 1992 special beef premium scheme and 1992 beef cow and equines headage scheme are being processed at present and if found in order payments will be made shortly. His December 1992 special beef premium scheme applications will be processed in due course.
