Vol. 429 No. 6

Written Answers. - Office Premises Expenses.

Jim O'Keeffe

Question:

55 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Taoiseach if he will give details of the office premises expenses items in the Estimate for his Department for which there was a 37 per cent increase over 1992.

The 1993 Estimates figure for Subhead A6 — Office Premises Expenses — is £428,000. This amount covers light, heat, fuel and maintenance in the Department of the Taoiseach and certain cultural institutions. The main increase arises in respect of maintenance costs but the overall departmental Estimate shows a decrease of 3 per cent.
