125 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment if Meath County Council has yet submitted to him an assessment of the need of travellers for accommodation in residential caravan parks which he requested to be completed by 31 March 1993; and, if so, the number of additional accommodation units or bays required in County Meath.

Local authorities generally have been requested to send to my Department, before 30 April 1993, the results of the assessment of housing needs as at 31 March 1993. These assessments are to include the need of travellers for accommodation in residential caravan parks. The return for Meath County Council has not yet been received.
