Vol. 429 No. 7

Written Answers. - Irish Citizenship Application.

Eamon Gilmore

Question:

64 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Justice the progress that has been made with regard to an application for Irish citizenship for a person (detail supplied).

A reply is awaited from the applicant to a letter from my Department in early March seeking clarification of a number of points. I have asked my Department that this be followed up as a matter of urgency. I can assure the Deputy that a decision will be made as soon as a response is received from the applicant.
