Vol. 430 No. 2

Written Answers. - Proposed Special School.

Frances Fitzgerald

Question:

298 Ms F. Fitzgerald asked the Minister for Education when the new special school to replace a temporary building which currently caters for autistic children with special needs at James Connolly Memorial Hospital Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 will commence.

An application for a new two-classroom school building is under consideration in my Department and a decision in principle will be taken at an early date. I am not in a position to say at this stage when a new school would be provided.
