Written Answers. - Erection of Interpretative Centres.

Question:

117 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received a proposal from Dún Laoghaire Corporation and the Killiney Beach Awareness Group for the erection of interpretative panels at Killiney Beach, County Dublin; and if he will confirm that the £10,000 national lottery grant which was originally allocated for an interpretative centre at this location will now be released and used for the provision of the interpretative panels.

A request from Dún Laoghaire Corporation for the reallocation of a grant is being considered in my Department and a decision will be notified to the corporation as soon as possible.
