116 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if, in view of his recent statement in Dáil Éireann, he will approve payment of cow premia in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The application of the person named has been reviewed again and no grounds have been found for altering the decision to refuse suckler cow premium scheme grants in this case.
