117 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Education if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford is entitled to any grant-aid in respect of his attendance at Dublin City University; and if she will make a statement in relation to his entitlement.
I understand from Wexford County Council, which is the body statutorily entrusted with the administration of the higher education grants scheme in this case, that the person in question has been deemed ineligible for a grant on the basis that family reckonable income exceeded the prescribed income limit.
