Vol. 431 No. 1

Written Answers. - School Repair Work.

Gerard Collins

Question:

131 Mr. Collins asked the Minister for Education the reason for the delay in proceeding with repair work at Broadford national school, Broadford, County Limerick which has been approved for the past twelve months; and when the approved works will commence at the school.

Grant-aid for a new oil-fired central heating system and other works have been approved for Broadford national school under the emergency and minor works scheme for national schools. Priority is being given to this project and I understand that it will be possible for the Chairman of the Board of Management to invite tenders in the near future.
