Question:

39 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Justice the number of people who have been killed in road traffic accidents in each of the years from 1990 to 1992 where the accident was identified as drink related; the total number of deaths arising out of road traffic accidents for this period; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the number of people who were killed in road traffic accidents in each of the years in question is as follows:
