100 Mr. Connor asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the serious lack of basic facilities at Killmurry National School, Castlerea, County Roscommon; and when the necessary grants will be made available to commence on an improvements programme at the school.
I am aware that the managerial authorities of Killmurry National School, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon have applied for grant-aid towards the cost of major improvement works to the school building and site.
The application is under examination in my Department at present and it is hoped to have a decision in the matter shortly.
