Question:121 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment if the establishment of a toxic waste disposal facility is likely to be amongst the investments for which Ireland will be seeking EC Structural Fund aid.

It is standing Government policy to secure the provision of suitable hazardous waste disposal facilities and it is my intention that relevant proposals should be included in the context of the National Development Plan.
