Written Answers. - Use of Recycled Paper.
In general, certain paper items such as envelopes and notepads used in my Department and in the offices under my aegis are made from recycled products. Recycled paper is used when the quality and cost of same compares favourably with new paper. I will endeavour to ensure the maximum use of recycled paper in my Department, within these parameters.
