Vol. 432 No. 4

Written Answers. - County Limerick School Accommodation.

Michael Noonan

Question:

96 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the difficulties being faced by a primary school (details supplied) in County Limerick in getting suitable accommodation; and the steps, if any, she will take to assist the management of the school in their search for suitable accommodation.

I am aware of the difficulties being experienced by the board of management of the school referred to by the Deputy. I can also inform him that officials of my Department are currently actively considering a number of different options to solve the problem. When a decision is made officials of the Department will inform the board of management of the decision at the earliest possible date.
