Question:

80 Mr. Morley asked the Minister for Health the number of inspections under the food hygiene regulations carried out in each of the health board areas over the last three years, 1990 and 1992 inclusive; and the number of prosecutions which were initiated arising out of those inspections in each of the health board areas during this period.

The number of inspections carried out and prosecutions initiated in each health board area for the period in question was as follows:—
