166 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the number of hares killed in coursing meetings held during the past 12 months in respect of each meeting held in so far as the information is available to his Department.
My Department has no direct function in relation to the supervision of coursing meetings. The only information which my Department has relating to the number of hares killed at coursing meetings in the past twelve months refers to the meeting held at Clounanna and which was the subject of previous parliamentary questions.
