33 Miss Flaherty asked the Minister for the Environment if he has made regulations under the new planning Act to require developers to put notice of their intention on the building affected and to notify directly the immediate neighbours.

The existing requirements in relation to public notice of planning applications are under examination in the general review of planning regulations which is being finalised in my Department.
