Question:91 Mr. McGahon asked the Minister for Defence if, in respect of the 12 month period from 1 June 1992 to 31 May 1993 he will give the number of officers, of the reserve of officers, An Foras Cosanta Áitiúil in the Eastern Command, who have submitted an application for redress of wrongs in accordance with section 114 (1) of the Defence Act; the number of cases of those submitted that have been dealt with; if he will give the length of time those which have not been dealt with have been awaiting consideration; and when he expects to deal with all outstanding cases.
