Applications under the 1991 and 1992 ewe premium schemes from the person named have been approved for payment and the relevant grants will be paid shortly. Payment of these grants has been delayed pending the resolution of problems relating to cheques which issued to him but which were delivered to and cashed by a similarly named person with the same address.

The person named has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1991 and 1992 sheep headage schemes because he did not meet the residency requirements of the scheme.

There are no outstanding grants due to this person under the cattle headage or premium schemes.
