133 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Health if he will give details of any drug with product authorisation on the Irish market that is subject to law suits in other countries where the drug is available; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been informed by the National Drugs Advisory Board that they are not aware of any medical preparation for which a product authorisation has been granted in Ireland and which is subject to lawsuits in other countries.
