141 Ms. Shortall asked the Minister for Health if he will give details of the gender and number of children and young people under 18 years of age who were placed in bed and breakfast accommodation for each month of 1993; their respective ages; the duration of stay in such accommodation; and the cost of this accommodation.

The detailed information requested by the Deputy is not readily available to my Department. I have asked the health boards to collate the information in question and shall forward this to the Deputy as soon as possible.
