Vol. 434 No. 2

Written Answers. - Disabled Person's Maintenance Allowance.

Thomas P. Broughan

Question:

344 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Health if a disabled person's maintenance allowance granted to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 17 will be expedited by the Eastern Health Board immediately.

Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. I understand, however, from the Eastern Health Board that the person in question has been in receipt of the allowance since 16 July 1993.
