101 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will endorse the call by Chancellor Kohl for a special EC summit to follow immediately upon the full ratification by all signatories of the Maastricht Treaty.

I support the proposal to hold a special European Council when ratification of the Maastricht Treaty by all 12 member states is achieved.
