Vol. 434 No. 4

Written Answers. - County Galway School Transport.

Pádraic McCormack

Question:

212 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Education if she will have arrangements made for the provision of school transport for eight children to Peterswell national school, County Galway who have been deprived of transport this year; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that as a result of this a family are not attending school; when this service will be provided; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I am assured by Bus Éireann that all eligible pupils are being accommodated on school transport to Peterswell national school.

However, if the Deputy wishes to give me details of the children concerned, I will have the matter investigated further.
