Question:40 Ms Keogh asked the Minister for Finance the action, if any, that has been taken by the Central Bank in relation to financial transactions referred to in the Glackin report on the Telecom site in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

On receipt of Inspector's report, my Department referred it to the Central Bank for the bank's comments on the exchange control aspects of the transactions described in it.
The Central Bank's report has recently been received and has been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions for his consideration.
