51 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Finance if a preservation order could be placed on the former residence of the dramatist George Fitzmaurice at No. 3 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am arranging to have Nos. 3 and 4 Harcourt Street inspected under section 8 of National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1987, before deciding what further action, if any, might be taken in this instance.
