Written Answers. - Delay in Land Registry Dealings.

Question:

114 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Justice the cause of the delay in finalising dealings numbered 3145/91 and 3146/91 in the Land Registry in view of the certificates of urgency issued by Deputy Mr. O'Leary on numerous occasions; and if she will make a statement on the matter giving the present position and when it is likely that the dealings will be finalised.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealings in question were completed on 5 October 1993.
