26 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Environment the reply he has given or will give to Dublin County Council following his receipt of a briefing document for the appointment of consulting engineers to undertake the preliminary report on the provision of a joint sewage treatment plant to serve the towns of Skerries and Balbriggan, County Dublin.

The consultant's brief was approved on 1 September 1993. It is now a matter for Dublin County Council to make the necessary arrangements for the appointment of consultant engineers to prepare a preliminary report.
