I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of such fees as may be fixed by regulations made by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, with the consent of the Minister for Finance under any Act of the present session to provide for the consolidation with amendments of the Commissioners for Oaths (Diplomatic and Consular) Act, 1931, and the Diplomatic and Consular Fees Act, 1939, and for other matters connected therewith."
