Vol. 435 No. 5

Written Answers. - Home of Sir Edward Carson.

Frances Fitzgerald

Question:

77 Ms F. Fitzgerald asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht the plans, if any, he has for the home that belonged to Sir Edward Carson as it is at risk of being demolished; the action he intends to take; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The house in question is number 4 Harcourt Street. I refer the Deputy to the reply given on the Adjournment of the House yesterday by the Minister of State at my Department, Deputy Pat Gallagher, which sets out the present position.
