21 Mr. Flood asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make a decision on the matters raised at the recently held public hearing on the proposed compulsory purchase order in connection with the Saggart/Rathcoole link road; if he will annex a map of the proposed route of this link road; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I will give my decision on the Order as soon as possible. My role in determining the Order is of a quasi-judicial nature and it would be inappropriate for me to comment on any aspect of the scheme at this stage.
