Question:157 Mr. Connolly asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to issue the deeds in respect of properties (details supplied) in County Offaly.
Written Answers. - Land Registration.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the Land Registry is awaiting the lodgment of the Land Certificates to enable it to complete the registration.
The application will be dealt with as soon as these documents are made available to the Land Registry.
