* Chairman of Inquiry ruled that each party to Inquiry should bear their own costs. Costs incurred by the Minister for the Marine in holding the Inquiry, payable by the applicant, Dingle Skellig Hotel Limited, in accordance with the provisions of the Foreshore Act, 1933, have been fixed by the Minister for Finance at £49,399. The Chief State Solicitor has been instructed to issue proceedings to recover these costs.
** Costs initially paid by the Department of the Marine were reimbursed by Dublin Corporation as the permit holder.
