99 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Education if finances will be provided in the 1994 Estimates of her Department to Schull Convent of Mercy National School, County Cork, to carry out extensions to the existing building and thereby alleviate the overcrowding and fire hazards at the school.

The proposed extension and conversion work at Schull Convent National School where the provision of grant-aid has already been agreed in principle will be considered for inclusion in the school building programme in due course in the light of available resources and other commitments and priorities.
