117 Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for the Environment the date of application for a new house grant from a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; the progress, if any, to date; the likely outcome of this application; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
There is no record of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named at the address given. There is, however, an application, received on 6 August 1993, for a person with a slightly different name at the same address; in that case the application indicated that he was to occupy the house on 15 October, 1993 and an inspection with a view to payment of the grant will be carried out shortly.
