Vol. 436 No. 3

Written Answers. - Grant Payments.

Paul Bradford

Question:

90 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when an application for a farm installation grant from a person (details supplied) in County Cork was first received; the reason for the delay in making a decision on the application; if the grant can now be sanctioned; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The application in this case, which was lodged in December 1988, cannot be further processed by Teagasc until the applicant has furnished them with his farm records for 1987, which were requested in May 1989.
