136 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received refurbishment plans in relation to the Ballyshannon swimming pool, County Donegal; if so, if the plans have been approved by his Department; and when work will commence on the project.

Proposals from Donegal County Council for the acceptance of tenders for the refurbishment of the Ballyshannon swimming pool were received in my Department on 25 and 26 November 1993 and are now being examined. A decision will be notified to the council as soon as possible.
