75 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry his views on whether the regulations governing the allocation of SLOM III Mulder milk quotas, whereby the applicant has to be an active milk producer, are fair and practical; and the steps, if any, he will take to have this regulation changed.

It is not appropriate for me to comment on the fairness or practicability of these Community Regulations. I see no prospect of the Regulations being changed at this stage.
