Vol. 437 No. 2

Written Answers. - District Court Accommodation.

Peter Barry

Question:

66 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Justice when the new District Court at Anglesea Street will be in operation; if the building will incorporate special family courts; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Work on the refurbishment of the model school at Anglesea Street is on target and is expected to be complete in the Spring of 1995.

The proposed new court accommodation includes a separate family law suite (courtroom, offices, consultation/ interview rooms etc.) with its own separate entrance.
