Vol. 437 No. 3

Business of Dáil.

We come to the Committee Stage of the Air Companies (Amendment) Bill, 1993.

Subject to your approval, Sir, since the first business ordered has proceeded much more quickly than had been anticipated — and I know there is interest in this Bill — would it be in order to suggest that rather than have some confusion when Members arrive, we should adjourn for a couple of minutes in fairness to the Members concerned?

I appreciate that the earlier Bill passed through the House more quickly than had been anticipated and that this may have taken unawares some Members interested in this Bill. If it is the wish of the House, I suggest we adjourn for 15 minutes.

Sitting suspended at 11 a.m. and resumed at 11.15 a.m.
